How it works
STEP 1
Customer orders
From your ordering page, paying by card, or cash where the shop offers it.
STEP 2
You accept and cook
The order appears in your dashboard and prints with its pickup code.
STEP 3
A rider collects
An Orbit rider or your own driver accepts it, enters the code and delivers.

- For each delivery sent through the Orbit app
- Plus the rider’s pay when an Orbit rider delivers
- Card fees are charged by Stripe to your account
Customer delivery fee
- Free, or from 49p to £2.99 for the first 2 miles
- £1 per mile after that
- Deliveries up to 4 miles

Deliver for local takeaways as a self-employed rider using the Orbit Driver App. Choose the jobs you want.
£4.99 per delivery
For the first 2 miles, then £1.20 per mile.
Waiting time paid
15p per minute after the first 5 minutes at the shop.
100% of tips
Every penny customers tip goes to you.
